In our guest wing, across from rooms 10 and 11, we have a little kitchenette and and larger dining area that our visitors can use while they are here. Recently the kitchenette side benefited from a generous gift by one of our sister's sisters. She and her husband were downsizing and their new place didn't have space for a lovely kitchen table and four chairs--complete with arms and generous padding to make the seats very comfy.
"Guests...and monasteries are never without them." Fortunately!
